WOD - 20100511

Five Rounds until Failure of:

Body Weight Dead Lifts
Handstand Push Ups

Rest as needed between all sets. Objective is to deadlift your bodyweight as many times as possible, rest, then do as many handstand push ups as possible, rest, repeat...

  1. Super excited to see this new push for an affiliate. I'm on board 100%. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Also my wife designed a logo and a T-shirt if you want to look at that and add it once the affiliate is official.

  3. t-shirt design will be more than welcome...we should get words from HQ within two weeks. For now, we just need to get as many people as possible doing the WOD's and making comments. I will take suggestions and tweak programming accordingly, but the goal is to use the website to develop a grassroots movement and show the base that they should give us some resources...the more the merrier so bring a friend!
