  1. urg! Push-ups! I'm currently attending the NCOA where the Commandant has a PT challenge. At a minimum each person must do per week: 400 push-ups, 400 sit-ups, and run 9 miles.

Those numbers are the bare minimum per week. The individual with highest numbers at the end of week 5 gets an award. Today was day 1 of the challenge and I did 640 push-ups; 100 sit-ups; 6 miles. I know, I slacked on the sit-ups, but time is precious here.

This WOD will contribute to my numbers...Thx!

  7. Was unsure of my 1 RM so I used the first few sets to gauge. Went as follows:

    95, 125, 145, 145, 135 x 5

5- 1/3 rounds (not sure if my form was correct on the knees to elbows)
