WOD - 20100628 (CHANGE)

HARDSTAND GYM CLOSED

Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5

Warm up then perform 5 sets of 5 reps of deadlifts.  Shoot for 80-85% of your 1RM.  Remember all five sets should be a MAX effort.

Followed by -

"Annie"
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of
Double Unders
Sit Ups

Post weights and time to comments.

I'll be at the Northside Fitness Center for a 1600 and 1700 class today if you want help.

    This is Rob Arnett. I've pretty much been taking it easy this past month as I've been on leave and TDY for the majority of the time, but I wanted to let you know that I just signed up for the Fit as F*ck CrossFit competition in Copenhagen on 25 Sep. I am officially representing CF Mildenhall, so I'm going to start hitting it hard again to make sure I am adequately prepared. There are already 140+ male competitors signed up including some CF Games participants. It should be a great time.

    I had 5 or 6 misses on the Dub's and I still PR'd.

    It was good to meet some people looking forward to more of the group sessions.

  11. Deads @455 for all 5. Tried 465 but I played 18 holes of golf prior to the workout. Took too much out of me.
