WOD - 20100705

Three rounds - 21, 15, and 9 of:
Overhead Squats
Handstand Push Ups

Men use 95lbs, women use 65lbs.  Weight must be taken from the ground, not a rack.  Perform 21 reps of OHS, then 21 reps of HSPU, then 15 of each, then 9 of each.

    scaled - 45lbs, inclined push ups

  2. 9:53, was only able to do a few HSPU's so incline's for about 75% for me.

  3. Started out with OHS Strength work of 1-1-1-1-1
    PR'd my OHS with a lift of 225#

    metcon: 6:38
    (95# felt light as a feather compared to 225#)
