A quick comment on the posted picture. This is Karl Steadman from CrossFit 3D in Manchester, England. I visited his box back awhile ago with one of our since PCS'd CrossFitter's. I highly recommend visiting his place if you get a chance. Karl is Level II Certified and his affiliate is amazing.
