20 Push Ups
30 Squats

Warm up with three rounds
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
20 Walking Lunges

Weakness WODs
Row 10km or
Bench Press 5x3 or
Deadhang Weighted Pull Ups 10x1 or

Hardstand at 0600.  Post time to comments
