WOD - 20101209

New Home Starting This Weekend

Five Rounds for Time -
20 Pull Ups
Walking Goblet Lunges (30 Steps)
Men use 32kg, Women use 16kg kettlebells for goblet lunges.

Warm Up -
We'll warm up as a group, please be on time

I'll be at the Hardstand at 0600...post time to comments. Compare to 20100707.

  1. What in the world is a goblet lunge?

    I've been doing the wods at home and RAFL as I still am not able to rejoin the group!
    Can someone tell me where you guys have moved to?

  2. We still meet in the Hardstand gym, but on Sunday we will start meeting in our new building. If you come in the back gate on Mildenhall and turn left at the stop sign, it is on your right about a 1/4 of a mile down the road. The picture for today is what the new building looks like. We are in the right side of the building ( the part that is not brick). Hope everyone can come on Sunday. Should be a fun WOD in our new building.
