WOD - 20101216

One Up Power Snatch

With a continuously running clock, perform one power snatch the first minute, two the second minute, three the third and so one until you can't complete the required number of reps in the round.  Press outs are okay, but snatching from the hang is not.  Men 95lbs, Women 65lbs.

Followed by -

200 Partner Burpees

With a partner, perform 200 burpees for time.  Only one person exercising at a time...

Meet at the new gym at 0600.  Warm up with 100 double unders, 3 rounds of Burgener Warm Up with a pipe, then three rounds with a bar.
