WOD - 20110514


Five Rounds for Time -

5 Cleans (yes, squat cleans)
5 Jerks
5 Overhead Squats

Men use 135lbs, women use 95lbs...scale to a weight that you can do the first round unbroken.  Post time to comments.

    3x3, was almost through round 4 when I was interrupted with a Greek weight training lesson

    horrible time but I finished and sometimes thats half the battle. The OHS crushed me!!!

    Great job by everyone today, and again thank you everyone for the baby gifts, you guys rock my socks, LOL!!!
