WOD - 20110705



"Badger"
Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

This WOD is for Heather who said she wanted  a hero WOD...since her favorite sports team is the Badgers, it seemed a no brainer.

Meet at CFMHQ at 0600...post time to comments.

  2. Not only was this the worst possible WOD to do after a Strong Man WOD we did yesturday, but I HATE THE BADGERS TOO! :) Thanks for the total ass-kicking, now I can't move :)(I'll rethink my suggestions next time).

    last rd was horrible and tough.

    37:45 Wow! That was fun! Everyone at the hardstand gave me a wide birth and didn't even ask if they could "work in." I did it rockin a CF Mildy T too. Woot!
