10 Double Unders

Substitute barbell lateral jumps for double unders (over and back is one rep).  Meet at CFMHQ at 0600.  Post time to comments.

  2. GOOD NEWS! I got the go ahead from my commander to have a gym in the new building. I will be on leave the next 2 weeks, but when I get back we can begin to start moving into the new digs.
