This is for you Chief!

"The Air Force WOD"

For Time:

20 Thrusters

20 Sumo deadlift high pulls

20 Push Jerks

20 Overhead squats

20 Front squats

95#/65#

At the top of every minute complete 4 burpees before moving on. If the clock beeps during a rep, complete the rep, then move to burpees.


CFMHQ

0600 - Doors open at 0550 - warmup and ready @ 0620

1630 - Doors open 1620

  4. 14:10 at 43 lbs. i'm not sure i counted right. the burpees and tiredness confused me! HA and it made for an awful afternoon run~! but that just means it was a good WOD I suppose! :)
