    AMRAP - 7 + 15 using 12 lb. kb and jumping onto stacked weights (3 big weights)

  4. BS - 153 got 163 up twice but didn't squat low enough, when I did I couldn't get back up!
    AMRAP-7+5 @ 63lbs(or 65? mans bar w/20lb) and 24" box for 3 rounds than 20"

    Did single hand over head squats with DB instead of SDLHP- 8 rounds +5

    My leg meet the box tonight- ouch!!!! :)

  6. Stacey and I did 7 rounds each. I did 115lb SDHP and Stacey did 75lb SDHP. Stacey's 1 rep back squat max was 170lbs.

    20 lbs more then last time! yeah!
    11 +7 for AMRAP at 53 lbs and I don't know what I was jumping on. a box with the platform, with a 45 lb weight on top of it.
