  1. I was only able to get to 93lbs for PP, but couldn't do it twice in a row!! So frustrating!!!
    Metcon: 14:10 (tan band for the first 3 rounds, then red), pullups/ring dips combo. I also did assisted pistols. I must say that my knees do NOT like pistols at all!! My knees hurt a little, not a good pain :(

    Metcon 8:10..C2B pullups/Dips and used pole danced for the pistols...$0 collected. Maybe I should sign up for the pole dancing class in Cambridge!
