Followed by

5 Rds
200ft Tire Drag (add bumper plates to your tire)
5 Tire Flips
5 Burpees

*200ft is down and back past the sidewalk we used for WB throws

Extra Finisher
3x Max Distance Farmers Walk (go till you drop for each set)
